I’d recommend putting them inside by a window until they are strong enough to handle outside conditions. In your case you should’ve grown them inside smaller pots. Then transplant them to the big ones assuming their stalk is strong and developed. Then they’ll do better outside
Your plants are tiny, broken, and shitty😂 I think you need more guidance, and a better spot. Why would you use a spot that you mentioned doesn’t receive much light? What did you expect? My plants are more than double the size of yours because I know to put them in LIGHT. The thing that makes it grow. Duhhh
How about you just start them inside and transplant when they're bigger and can take the wind … You should've transplanted a few times before going into the big pots …

Give them support, I use wooden skewers when they small, I got some bad winds where I live too
