Joshua Winfrield Pilcher, 42 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a large amount of methamphetamine and marijuana during the execution of a search warrant at a home on Boulder Road.
Police said that they recovered over 28 grams of methamphetamine that was packaged in multiple baggies, over 28 grams of marijuana that was packaged in multiple baggies, a growing marijuana plant, pipes and digital scales.
Authorities added that they also recovered a stolen 2009 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle.
Pilcher is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession/distribution of marijuana and theft by receiving stolen property.
