You clearly do not see this type of bios with Alcohol or Prescription Drugs but only the Marijuana or Cannabis plant. We have to much over regulation in the state you are asked to be put on a list where they can deny you your Constitutional Rights this is with firearms and this bios can expand into housing and government assistance programs. These Doctors only care about the $250.00 fee just to walk in the door and the $150.00 over the six months they require you just to get onto the medical program this is why we are fighting for adult use in the state and the one that says we don't need to be like colorado only speaks for himself and not all of the voters who will decide in November 2020. What we also have in the state are government officials corrupt that want to use judges and take things off the ballot in the last min before a a single vote was cast these backwoods good old boy network are making it where you can no longer bring up a constitutional vote in the state because there own bios and they know they will lose the people will speak and make it lawful truly our governor is another one of these coconseperatiters who use methods to stop Arkansans from placing things by the use of other government agencies that are bios so bios they break the laws and violate the constitutional rights of the people of Arkansas by saying they have a right to set such standards where your not allowed a free democratic system of voting only what they choose to allow you to vote on.
