I am from Himalayas and that is a ditch weed or hemp. It has less than 1% THC. Its like smoking any other leaf. you can use it to make bags or shoes though.
In Nepal as soon as you get out of TIA Airport and travel towards Pashupatinath you will see alot of weed on the right side inside the compound of airport.
I feel sad for Americans who put so much efforts to grow this( like germination, seedlings, transplant, and indoor stuff) Yeah it's fully illegal in India but u make sure u clean your ashtray in your backyard it ll grow. Maybe u don't get the perfect kush.
