My apologies, you are correct, braggs and tamari are soy based, they are simply different types of soy sauces that some prefer. I was referring to gluten-free in my response to your comment, which braggs & some tamari sauces are. I get asked a lot about gluten-free options & so my answer was automatic 🙂
I keep my hemp seeds in the fridge.I have not tried to freeze my hemp seeds, but I'm sure that you could. I do however keep a lot of my seeds and nuts in the freezer.

Yes, very high protein and a little of this dressing goes a long way 😉
You can always use tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminos if you wanted in place of Nama Shoyu or other soy sauces.
